SEPTEMBER IS UPON US—the season of change, a mix of the familiar and the new. YogaLOFT is looking forward to the season of change and we want to share it with you.
NEW CLASS—BACK BLISS
And, we are adding a new class, Back Bliss , on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Beginning at 9:30, Karen Hogg will be leading us through a series of supported poses that will unwind, nurture and restore the body by decompressing the muscles along the spine.
GENTLE HATHA + MIXED LEVEL HATHA CONTINUE
At yogaLOFT this month, we are happy to be able to continue our regular schedule, including Gentle Hatha on Monday evenings and the Mixed Level class on Sunday afternoons.
