Welcome to YogaLOFT. Situated in downtown Bowling Green, Kentucky, the YogaLOFT invites you to experience a healthier and happier lifestyle through the regular practice of Hatha yoga. Whether you are seeking to learn the basic principles of yoga, deepen your level of practice and understanding, or simply desiring renewal of spirit, the YogaLOFT provides a peaceful, stress-free environment with knowledgeable yoga instructors to guide you along your journey. YogaLOFT classes range from deep meditative silence to dynamic invigorating activity, challenging each individual to open to the possibilities of new knowledge, power, passion and serenity.

Yes, August has arrived with its transition from summer vacation back to the routines of school and work. YogaOFT is ready. And the best part is—you can just show up! No homework assignments to turn in, no pressure.

Just enter the studio and be present. Find the focus and mindfulness, as well has the physical strength and balance, that you can carry into the rest of your daily commitments.

Come to yogaLOFT as you are, but come ready to learn more about yourself—mind, body, and spirit. Looking forward to seeing you there.

Our August class schedule includes your favorite teachers and classes, both Flow and Hatha. Alice Simpson with continue leading the Monday evening class, which will begin at 5:15 in August and will be focused on Gentle Hatha-style movement.

And—we are delighted to announce the Bowling Green arrival of Karen Hogg in mid-August. Karen will add her special style to the evening Hatha classes beginning on August 14. Drop in and welcome her to Bowling Green and yogaLOFT.



SUNDAYS from 4:30-5:45pm

In response to your requests, the Sunday afternoon Mixed Level class will continue through August, with Debbie Marquette and Leslie Weigel alternating the teacher role.

For yogaLOFT members {$20 monthly membership fee}, drop-in rate is $5; non-members, $10.    


2pm on August 10th

On August 10th, yogaLOFT will be participating with ALIGN PILATES and TRAX in a FREE event—PILATES/YOGA IN THE PARK! It will be held one Sunday a month through October at Kereiakes Park—It’s the perfect opportunity to appreciate the summer weather {Fall is sneaking up on us} and learn a little Pilates, too.
