Welcome to YogaLOFT. Situated in downtown Bowling Green, Kentucky, the YogaLOFT invites you to experience a healthier and happier lifestyle through the regular practice of Hatha yoga. Whether you are seeking to learn the basic principles of yoga, deepen your level of practice and understanding, or simply desiring renewal of spirit, the YogaLOFT provides a peaceful, stress-free environment with knowledgeable yoga instructors to guide you along your journey. YogaLOFT classes range from deep meditative silence to dynamic invigorating activity, challenging each individual to open to the possibilities of new knowledge, power, passion and serenity.

WE EXIST TO CHANGE

As human beings we are always changing . . . when we change we are becoming. As the primary instruments of change in our worlds, how we view and deal with change is up to us. A healthy and joyful relationship with change, as time passes, is much more useful and lovely than spending our days stagnate and fighting change. Essentially, we fight “becoming.” Resistance to change can lead to misaligned thoughts, patterns, habits and to unhappiness in our own skin.

Allow your yoga practice to support change in your heart, mind, and body . . . Become . . . peace, become . . . healthy, become . . . love!

FRIDAY: 9:30 + noon

SATURDAY: 10:15 + 11:00

NEW INSTRUCTOR:

EMILY HARLAN [RYT 200 hours]:

Emily has practiced yoga for 17 years and has taught for 11 years. Growing up in rural Kentucky in an area untouched by yoga’s influence, she taught herself poses and breathing techniques using videos and books. Longing for a formal education, she graduated from the RYT 200 hour program in April 2011. Her passion is encouraging students to gain peace and confidence on the mat while breathing through challenging poses. She and her husband Nate live in Bowling Green and have a dog named Zoey.

Emily will be alternating the 8:30 AM Saturday class with Lindsey.
