Welcome to YogaLOFT. Situated in downtown Bowling Green, Kentucky, the YogaLOFT invites you to experience a healthier and happier lifestyle through the regular practice of Hatha yoga. Whether you are seeking to learn the basic principles of yoga, deepen your level of practice and understanding, or simply desiring renewal of spirit, the YogaLOFT provides a peaceful, stress-free environment with knowledgeable yoga instructors to guide you along your journey. YogaLOFT classes range from deep meditative silence to dynamic invigorating activity, challenging each individual to open to the possibilities of new knowledge, power, passion and serenity.

April Showers bring MAT powers!! From deep meditative practices to dynamic invigorating flows, the yogaLOFT offers a variety of classes so that you can connect to your own breath and body. By discovering your mat, you have the opportunity to discover inner balance, mindful awareness, and self power!


This month, yogaLOFT is grateful to have visiting yoga instructors Jonathan Lerner and Lisa Kearny back to the studio! Jonathan will be teaching the workshop TRAVELLING THE HEART-BODY BRIDGE from 3-5pm on Sunday, April 13th. Lisa will teach an IYENGAR BASED ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP on Wednesday, April 16th, 5:30-7:30pm Cost for each these classes is $25. Please note that class size will be limited to 15 students. Checks should be payable to yogaLOFT and will be required in advance to reserve your space. You can reserve a space in the class by emailing

Travelling the Heart-Body Bridge

Join Jonathan, an E RYT-200, for a workshop for Spring: TRAVELLING THE HEART-BODY BRIDGE. We know that yoga opens the body, but how does it open the heart? Learn to embody your range of movement to ease out of tensions as we explore the energetic bridge that takes our Vinyasa practice back to the purifying fires and whispering happiness secrets of our heart. Expect to peel back another layer and go to the next level in your practice. All levels are welcome.

Wednesday, April 16th:

Iyengar Based Alignment Workshop

Explore and Deepen your practice with Lisa while she teaches: An Iyengar Based Alignment Workshop. Yoga is a process of learning and growth. Come join us for a journey based in the Iyengar Yoga method where we will break down the components of standing and seated poses, inversions and backbends. Explore how to support each pose through emphasis on alignment to protect the joints and lower back. Once provided with the basic foundations of postures to prevent injury, you can take your yoga practice beyond and utilize these techniques in any type of yoga class.     

Restorative Yoga {6-7pm on 4/27}

Restorative Yoga will be held a yogaLOFT on April 27th from 6:00-7:00pm at the studio. The Restorative class combines supported poses with longer holds (up to 10 minutes), creating an environment conducive to deep relaxation. This nourishing practice of stillness promotes the natural healing process and boosts the immune system.
