Welcome to YogaLOFT. Situated in downtown Bowling Green, Kentucky, the YogaLOFT invites you to experience a healthier and happier lifestyle through the regular practice of Hatha yoga. Whether you are seeking to learn the basic principles of yoga, deepen your level of practice and understanding, or simply desiring renewal of spirit, the YogaLOFT provides a peaceful, stress-free environment with knowledgeable yoga instructors to guide you along your journey. YogaLOFT classes range from deep meditative silence to dynamic invigorating activity, challenging each individual to open to the possibilities of new knowledge, power, passion and serenity.

Tuesdays 5:30pm [taught by Sabrina]

This class is open to students of all levels and offers alignment help, princilpes and biomechanics for all poses which students can by playful, exploring their creative potential. Sabrina draws from various yoga styles in an effort to appeal to all in attendance.


2 SPECIAL CLASSES [Self Care with Cre]

Sundays 5:15pm
Thursday 6:00pm

Cre Dye will be holding two special classes which will also be part of a WKU research study she is conducting. These classes are open to her research students as well as yogaLOFT monthly members & drop-ins.




SABRINA MAYS [RYT 230 hours]:

Sabrina, her husband Kyle and 12 year old daughter Aria currently call Scottsville, KY home where they are passionate about local food and sustainable living. When Sabrina is not working as a 911 Operator at the local Police Dept she is pouring-over coffee at her small business, The Coffee Cart. She developed the love for yoga a few years ago when she was long overdue for some stress relief related to her 911 work. Realizing very quickly that life without yoga was much more depressing and unsatisfying, she decided to look into furthering her yoga practice by going to a teacher training. After some research she decided the 230-RYT program at Asheville Yoga Center was the best fit for her. Spending 3 weeks in Asheville, NC completely immersed in all things yoga was life changing and the affirmation that this was the direction she was destined to go. She is now passionate about spreading the mind and body altering teachings of past and present yogis while adding her own free spirited spin on things.
